Savina Darzes has been involved with environmental and science education for almost 30 years. She is keenly passionate about chocolate and its history. Since 1983 she has presented chocolate classes and tastings in California, Oregon and Washington.

Once you are around Savina it becomes apparent that she enjoys sharing information about chocolate almost as much as eating it!
